Google Wave has been a bit of a let down - the only time I used it was the day I got the invite - and maybe once again about a week later to see if anyone had posted anything to my Waves. But looking back, I&#039;m not really sure what I was expecting - I guess the hype just got the better of me.</description>

I love the Wonder Wheel!. It&#039;s not only a great 
feature, it&#039;s got a great story behind it. 

The idea comes from Jon Klienberg of Cornell who had 
the concept of &quot;Hubs&quot; and &quot;Authorities&quot; back in 1999 
when Brin and Page where developing PageRank (they 
were aware of each other at the time and cited each 
others papers). 

Interestingly, both concepts were developed concurrently with Network Theory ( Kleinberg and 
Network Theorist Duncan Watts were both at Cornell and 
collaborated).
